The
New Bedford Business Park is one of the hottest and most
cost-effective parks in New England with 30 sales and 15
expansions since the park was modernized and beautified in 1999.
Based on the recent construction of three new roads, 200 acres
are available for sale in lots ranging from 5 to 45 acres.
Labor costs are 25% lower than Greater Boston. Housing costs are
50% less than the Greater Boston Area, and, the non-profit
Industrial Foundation, which owns and manages the park, sells
land at only $85,000 per acre. The park is one of only two parks
in the state which has MEPA Master Plan approval which means
that state and local permits can be obtained in 90 days.
The entrance to the park is immediately off Route 140 Exit 7.
I-195 is five minutes to the south, and I-495 is fifteen minutes
to the north. Boston can be reached in 60 minutes and Providence
in 35 minutes.
